Trace Analysis

We performed signal integrity tests for some nets on the Pulsar Board,
using the Interconnect Synthesis tool by Mentor Graphics.
Most of the IBIS models were vendor supplied.
The IBIS models for Altera 20K400 were generated with Quartus II.
