Crate modification for CBLT

The problem that we have with this backplane is that, by design,  *IACKIN(k+1) = *IACKIN(k) # *IACKOUT(k).
Therefore, we can't set a module as "first" and have it pass the token to the next one, without having received it first, as required in CBLT.
We changed the crate such that *IACKIN2 = L all the time, without damaging the CPU (*IACKIN1 = *IACK as before and *IACKOUT1 = open).

On the backplane, cut the trace between *IACK and *IACKIN1, like so:


 
 
 
 
 

On the 6U/9U VME adapter cut the traces for *IACKIN(A21) and *IACKOUT(A22),
then make a short between *IACK(A20) and *IACKIN on the controller's side of the cut, like so:


 
 
 

then make a short between *IACKIN1(A21) and *IACKOUT1(A22), on the backplane side of the cut, like so:
