DVX : impact paramemeter of the track. 10um * (setting value)
      At this case, we have 100um for the definition.
CRV : 1.17*10^{-3} /m for 1 bit assignment.
     CDF magnetic field == 1.4116 T.  0x5b corresponds to 0.10647/m
     and 1.99GeV/c
CHI : Chi2 of the track. At this example, we set 15 for the chi2 cut.
