System Administration Info

The first step was to expand the tutorial (including libraries) so that it was accessible by all users. Procedure:
-cp $MGC_HOME/shared/pkgs/batut/batut.tar.Z /net/edg/disk3/brd_arch
-Uncompress and untar here, creating directory batut with everything inside

-For the reusetut file, first create a directory called reuse and expand everything there. This is because this file doesn't expand to just one directory, it also puts a lot of files in the directory where the tar file is.

Next, the tut_location_map files in the batut and reuse/reusetut directories needed to be modified. Then the user would manually load this file prior to starting Design Manager and would be able to find all the parts to the tutorial. Normally, all the info in this tut_location_map would be incorporated into our regular location map, but since we already use two of the names in other places, a different solution needed to be found.

Solution is for the users to load the location map themselves prior to running either tutorial. How this is done is explained above.
