We are currently using IBM PDK V1.7.0.0. In the past, we downloaded this kit directly from MOSIS, but now we will download the kit software from CERN to make sure we are compatible with them.

There are also some additional Mixed Signal Design Kits that we can download from CERN. These kits include some libraries called short_io and io_wire and would be quite helpful. We are currently in the process of getting approval to download these kits.

We are using Cadence software for the designs. Current versions are:

• IC: 6.1.4 (virtuoso)
• MMSIM: 6.1 and 7.2 (spectre)
  Version 6.1 is no longer supported, but 7.2 runs much slower. So we still use 6.1 for some things.
• EXT: 7.1
• ASSURA: 3.2 (assura)
• IUS: 8.1
